Observation

- All staff memebers listed in MERIT have have either expired Blood Borne Pathogen training or have not completed it. All staff will need to take or renew their Blood Borne Pathogen training and update in MERIT. - CPR/First aid for several staff members have expired. All staff have to be updated with this training, uploaded in MERIT and have training cerificate on file for licensing review. - All staff memebers listed in MERIT have have either expired Safe Sleep training or have not completed it. All staff will need to take or renew Safe Sleep training and update in MERIT.
